Violin with two horns, branded on on the diaphragm casing “Tiebel – Violine / D.R.W.Z. No.355993” Also scratched on the back “Made in Germany” made c.1930. Length 61.0cm. Large horn bell diameter 17.2cm. In original, worn, case.
In very good original condition, the surface of the large horn a bit worn. Patented by Willy Siebel in Markneukirchen, October 1928.

Experimental violin, signed “Medelaire” made in France in the first half of the 20th century. Length 61.0cm. Probably made to test some strange acoustic principles as it has curious strutting inside the open body.
Generally in good original condition with repaired crack in one side.
